Ray has been a fully qualified ADI for over 7 years. With a wealth of business coaching experience and having held senior positions in some large multi-national UK businesses. Ray has worked with small business owners and entrepreneurs for over 25 years to grow and develop profitable businesses.
Latterly in the Driver Training Industry over the last 7 years, Ray is now training new driving instructors to enter the industry with our TCIT Instructor Training Course, as well as develop ADI’s to their full potential with skills training with our aCCeLerate course.
In addition Ray helps current ADI’s deliver training to the new Driver and Rider Standard assessed by the new Standards Check with ongoing Standards Check and CPD training.
