Neil is the owner and trainer of Y2 Learn driver training based Hinckley, Leicestershire 
Neil covers the Leicestershire area for Driving Instructor Training and Advanced Driver Training.
Neil also holds a diploma in driver education and BTEC level 4 in coaching and driver development.
