Di is the owner of Pathfinder ADI Training & Development based in Worthing on the South Coast. She has been training driving instructors for over 30 years and is passionate about the driver training industry.
As a trainer she is a great believer in CPD, updating her skills continually to deliver the most up to date training available.
She is a grade 'A' driving instructor, holder of the Diploma in Driver Education & BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development to name but a few.
She takes great pride in customer service and believes in delivering quality training. She considers herself to be a Coaching & Client Centred specialist and can help you with all your training needs, including Standards Check training, Advanced Driver training for all tests, Driving Instructor Training, Part 3 rescue & Fleet Training. Or if you just want to 'upskill' your teaching she can certainly help you to achieve your goals.
