The Use of Feedback
This webinar is the fourth in a series of five webinars that look at essential communication skills. Today's focuses on the use of feedback and looks at the importance of developing self-evaluation skills in your customers through reflection and scaling. Newly qualified drivers will be far safer on the roads if they have an accurate appraisal of their strengths, weaknesses and development needs; and how their emotions affect their thought processes and therefore their actions. Understanding how our emotional state motivates our behaviour is the first step to anticipating the likely consequences of the choices and decisions we make. Knowing how to manage our emotions so that the choices we make are safe, is the results of feedback and self-evaluation. |
